Good Old Paypal

I have just published the fact that Michael Jackson and Ramesh Lama have just donated £126.50. Unfortunately PayPal takes a % for an admin fee, in this case £4.50. Although it is not a great deal of money short term, long term it mounts up.

Paying by old fashion methods, like cheques, do not hold any charge for the charity.

If you wish to pay by PayPal, I believe that it is better that you have funds in a PayPal account and transfer them. If you pay direct with your card then you get hit or the charity gets hit with the admin fee.

So to all that have paid by PayPal, thanks again for you generosity. Especially you Jacko.

May the donations continue to come in? I know it seems as if the funds are not really going anywhere fast. After Christmas has past we will hit the ground running so to speak and target a much wider audience.

The event is already a success purely for the fact that we already have funds. It can only get better.
